Strategic Operations Lead

The Strategic Operations Lead will play a critical role in designing and implementing core operational capabilities that power our customer and distributor experience, enable scale, and set the foundation for long-term growth.
This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role focused on building processes, systems, and experiences in areas where we are operating for the first time—including fraud operations, customer communications, digital transaction enablement (like e-signatures), automation and performance improvement. You will be a key driver of our 10x vision, helping us work smarter, not just harder.

As the Strategic Underwriting Lead, you will play a critical role in transforming our underwriting approach to align with our 10x mindset. You will design and implement strategies that leverage AI, automation, alternative data, and process innovation to increase straight-through processing (STP), streamline RTU workflows, and expand insurability. This role requires a forward-thinking underwriting expert who thrives at the intersection of risk management, technology, and operational excellence.
