As the CEO of Everly, he’s on a mission to help the company become the insurance company of the future by putting policyholders first and meeting their evolving needs. With 18 years of experience in the life insurance industry, mostly with MetLife, Jordan's expertise spans product, technology, marketing, sales, and distribution.

Theresa thrives on creating an innovative, customer-first culture. Drawing on her 20+ years of experience leading operations, customer service, and data and analytics, she leads Everly’s operations including underwriting, policy administration, customer service call center, and marketing and communications.  Theresa is also Everly's Chief People Officer focusing on culture and employee engagement.

Dustin excels at building strategy, creating vision, leveraging new capabilities and overseeing successful transformation and execution. He is responsible for developing strategic initiatives and goals, ensuring growth for the organization, as well as overseeing information technology, including infrastructure and security, and the project management office. Prior to Everly, he had 20+ years of technology leadership experience across cybersecurity, data and analytics, enterprise systems, software and digital transformation.

Bobby is the President & CEO of Life Innovators, an independent product development firm partnered with Everly to develop unique and differentiated life insurance and annuity products. Prior to joining Life Innovators, Bobby was SVP and Head of Life Insurance and Annuity Product Development and Pricing at Brighthouse Financial. He is also the Executive Editor of The Life Product Review and a regular keynote speaker at corporate and industry events. Bobby is the third generation of his family to work in life insurance.

Mike has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry spanning Life, Group Benefits, Accident & Health, and Property & Casualty lines of business. Mike also serves as Everly's Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary and excels at shaping company strategy. He has a proven track record of developing talent, leveraging data and technology to optimize processes, and providing solutions-oriented legal guidance.
